She is dedicated to the process of helping you find solutions that work for your clients.
An attorney and mediator, Jennifer practices civil litigation, family law, estate planning and probates/guardianships (contested and uncontested). She is actively involved in her community, leading multiple non-profit organizations and serves as the County Attorney for her home county. Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Science of Chemistry from Texas Lutheran University, a Masters of Science in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M, and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University. She completed her mediation training through the Austin Dispute Resolution Center and family law mediation training through Mediation Dynamics.
Most important, Jennifer is a mother of three and has experienced first-hand how family law litigation can personally impact families, which provides clients a unique mediation experience. Jennifer wants a legacy remembered to be that she helped as many people as she could during some of life’s most trying moments. Jennifer is married to a first-responder and understands how to craft settlements with shift work and public service.

Mediation can be held by Zoom, Google Meet, at a courthouse with reservation, or at another attorney's office. No reservation deposit is required. However, a cancellation fee may be billed if advanced notice is not given (two days prior). The cancellation fee is $250.00.
